Its been a while since the last blog entry. Quite a lot has happened, most notably Tour of Ireland which happened last weekend. Had a thoroughly good time there, despite mechanicals and a new, unwanted, PB in terms of fall severity.
However reason for this post is that...finally after 25 years of trying..I weighed myself this morning and had just snuck under 11stones for the first time in as long as I can remember.......so I will give myself a big pat on the back and have an extra bowl of cornflakes each day...
